We want you to be happy with your photo book(s) and warrant our products against manufacturing defects. Any complaints or claims in regards to your photo book(s) must be made in writing in the first instance to email@example.com
along the lines and within the time frame stipulated on this website. We will then review the claim (which will require that you return the damaged or defective photo book(s) to us in due course) and revert back to you within 14 days.
Our obligation to you (in the event that the product is defective) is limited to a full refund of the photo book cost only (excluding original shipping costs) or replacing the defective product.
All other costs relating to the claim will be borne by you.
Please note that the following (among other things) cannot be construed as manufacturing defects :
- Customer errors (for example typographical or grammatical errors);
- Use of low quality images;
- Layout or design errors;
- Accidental selection of additional options (or you have changed your mind);
- or damaged or corrupted files submitted to us (regardless of the medium of transmission).
Also, due to normal variations with equipment, paper, and ink, as well as environmental concerns such as temperature and humidity, small variations in color may occur from time to time. This is normal in any printing process. We may also, from, time to time, substitute materials (of no lesser quality than that specified) which may not be exactly as described on this website.
Our liability is strictly limited to clearly identified manufacturing errors and flaws only.
